Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping: We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail within 3 business days of your order. We will make an effort to notify you of any significant delays.
Return Policy: We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. We know that sometimes things happen and we try our best to fix the situation. Should you receive your item damaged, please take pictures of the outside of the box as well as the inside and the contents. Then email us the photos and we will get a replacement shipped out to you.
If you just wish to return your unused item, please contact us by email to request a return. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer (you) and once received in resalable condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. We do not accept returns on used items. Please be sure to pack your candle well to avoid damage during the return shipment. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding repacking. We are happy to give you instructions on how to best pack your item for return.
