Christmas Cabin is a wonderful blend of bayberries and cranberries with a top note of freshly crushed cinnamon bark with hints of orange zests.
I was excited to try the Beaver Mountain candles, because they got such rave reviews for being strong scents that lingered in people’s homes and that were noticed by company. But, I ordered four different scents, and none of them was even intense enough to carry to my upstairs rooms. I was very disappointed. I used to buy candles from a small one-woman company in Vermont, in a fragrance called Cinnamon Spice. I LOVED IT! It didn’t smell like food, i.e. cinnabons, and it was complex, not just straitght cinnamon. Everybody who came to the house remarked on how good it smelled. Sadly, she retired, sold the company, but the recipes changed and not for the good. Maybe I got an order set of candles from Beaven Mountain, ones that had lost their impact. But, I won’t be buying more. And, I’m really sorry that it didn’t work out!
